The slightly irregular shape of the silver pendant represents the dips and heights we navigate as we move through life and offers some reassurance that everything does pass; and that time is one of our greatest saviours, and privileges to enjoy. Paired with a single tear drop pearl, it is a reminder of the complexity and joy of life. We hope it will mean the same to you too.  5mm freshwater pearl drop. Parcels under £75.00 are sent 2nd Class Signed For, and parcels over £75.00 are sent 1st Class Special Delivery (signature required).

The majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement (in most cases the same working day). Please note that in some cases it may take 5 – 7 days for you to receive your order.

Website orders are not processed over the weekend or on a Wednesday.

We offer a 14 day returns policy. Customers have up to 14 days after the goods receipt date in which to return items for a refund.

Essentially, all items must be returned in a new and unused condition, complete with any accessories or manuals along with the original packaging intact so that the item is in a completely re-sellable condition. You must also include a copy of the original invoice along with the reason for the refund.

We regret that postage charges are non refundable unless the items received are faulty or received in error.
