Deliveries to mainland UK are FREE if your order is over £45.00.
If under £45.00 a charge of £4.50 to cover postage will be added at checkout.
Unfortunately at present we do not deliver outside of the UK.
Parcels under £75.00 are sent 2nd Class Signed For, and parcels over £75.00 are sent 1st Class Special Delivery (signature required).
The majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement (in most cases the same working day) using Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will normally receive your order within 2 working days of placement (subject to Royal Mail delivery times).
Please note that website orders are not processed over the weekend, any weekend orders will be processed on Monday morning.
All shipping times are dependent on stocking levels and availability. Occasionally items may appear as ‘in’ stock on the website, but due to timing differences between the store & website they may well be ‘out of stock’. We will contact you within 24 hours to offer you an order date or a full refund.
Please note that in some cases it may take 5 – 7 days for your order to be received.
As we use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels we cannot pass on delivery requests, such as ‘leave in front porch’. However you may wish to leave a note out for your postman. Should you not be available to sign for the delivery, then the postman will usually leave a card and you can collect the parcel from your local post office.
When you place an order you will receive an automatic order receipt email. This acts as your receipt and acknowledges your payment. We will also send you an email once your parcel has been shipped and this email will contain your Royal Mail tracking number.
Very occasionally, we may have to e-mail you subsequently if an issue arises with your order, but we try to do this as soon as possible if there is a problem.
The Purchaser has a statutory right to cancel their order and receive a full refund on any mail order purchase. To cancel, the Purchaser must send the original or copy invoice along with full written reasons for the return, such written reasons and invoice to be received by the Company within 30 days of the Purchaser receiving the said Goods, within 14 days for any discounted or sale Goods.
The return of Goods will be permitted in limited circumstances and only if the Goods are received in their original packaging, complete with all labeling, any accessories, manuals or other documentation and all un-damaged.
We regret that postage and packing charges are non-refundable unless goods received are faulty or received in error.
