In line with government guidance we will be closing our doors on Wednesday 4th November at 4.30pm, reopening at 9.00am on Wednesday 2nd December 2020.
We’ve put together some Frequently Asked Questions which will hopefully answer any queries you may have.

I’d like to buy an item from you, can I still do this during lockdown?
Yes, we want to make this as easy as possible for you and our website is a fantastic place to browse and buy beautiful jewellery!
You can order your item and choose to have it delivered to your door or click and collect it in December from our store when we reopen.
Please note that we will endeavour to post items out Monday to Friday but it will depend on what time the order is placed and our Post Office opening times.

Can I collect my item from the Forum store?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this option until we reopen on 2nd December.
I’m after a particular item but it’s not available online to buy? Can you still order it for me?
If you can’t see what you want online, drop us an email via firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01202 600350 and we will endeavour to assist you.
I’ve seen what I want online but I’d like to see it before I buy it. Is there any way I can do this?
We understand that sometimes you will want to see what a piece of jewellery looks like in real life rather than just an image!
We can arrange a video appointment for you between 9am-3pm daily – simply call us on 01202 600350 or email email@example.com to book a convenient time.
I’m ordering a gift online, am I able to have my item gift wrapped?
Of course! Please state this in the Order Notes section of your order which is underneath where you put your address and we will beautifully gift wrap your item.
We can also send the gift direct to your person and address of choice.
I have a special order due to arrive with you during lockdown. What will happen with my order?
Our suppliers will still be working during lockdown but we are still waiting to hear from a number of them about their delivery schedule. This does mean that we can’t guarantee that your order will be with us before 2nd December.
However, if your order does arrive with us during lockdown, we will contact you. You can then pay your remaining balance online and choose to have your item delivered to your door or collect when we reopen on 2nd December.
You have one of my items for repair. What will happen to it while you’re closed?
We have contacted everyone who has item for repair with us. For anyone who was unable to collect their item before 4thNovember, please rest assured that it will be kept securely for you until you arrange to come in store after 2nd December.
I have an item I’d really like repaired. Is this possible?
Sadly, we are unable to process any repairs until we reopen on 2nd December.
I have an item I’d like to return for an exchange or refund. How would I go about this?
Unfortunately, we will be unable to process exchanges or refunds for items purchased instore while we are closed.
I’ve ordered an item online but need a refund
Online orders can be returned to us by post for a refund in accordance with our online returns policy. Click here for more information.
I want to order a ring via your online shop. How do I know what finger size to go for, or what if you don’t have my size?
Place the order as usual and in the Order Notes field add in the size you require, if you know it. We will call you to discuss options. If you don’t know the size required, we will be able to size or order the correct ring once we reopen.
If I order a watch online, can you shorten the watch bracelet to my wrist size?
Yes, of course, drop the watch in store when we re-open and we can do this for you. If it’s a Christmas Gift, we will also do this for you free of charge after Christmas.
What if I purchase an item as a gift for Christmas and they don’t like it?
We will offer a full refund or exchange on any item purchased from now until Christmas Eve, up until 16th January 2021.
I have a Forum Gift Voucher. Can I use it to buy online?
Absolutely! If you wish to use your gift voucher online, drop us an email or message via our social media accounts and we will assist.
