Creating a unique and personal gift
How can you give a truly unique gift either for Christmas or birthdays? By repurposing an existing piece. If you have a piece of special jewellery that you have inherited but is not to your taste, you could consider having it redesigned into a piece that can be worn either by yourself or a loved one.
Here’s an example of repurposing old jewellery into new…
Mrs Kerr enquired about repurposing her unworn diamond ring into some alternative pieces of jewellery. We took the 3 diamonds and set them into new earring and pendant diamond mounts, creating a stunning look which she was over the moon with.
“I just love the transformation. I’ve gone from not wearing the ring to wearing these every day, thank you so much”.
Visit us to in-store to discuss how we could help you repurpose your beloved item of jewellery.
We are delighted to announce that we are now an authorised retailer for Royal Asscher Diamonds. With their exquisite collection of four signature diamond shapes, we will be able to create bespoke engagement rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets and more for our customers.
Since 1854, this sixth generation Dutch family business has created diamonds that make Queens smile. The company have been entrusted with cutting the world’s largest, most famous and valuable diamonds; the 997 carat Excelsior, and the 3106 carat Cullinan diamond—the largest diamond ever found—famously cut by Joseph Asscher at the request of King Edward VII for Great Britain’s Crown Jewels and the Royal Family’s personal collection.
Royal Asschers’ celebrity fans are far and wide. The Elizabeth Taylor Asscher Cut diamond, a 33 carat D IF diamond was her favourite piece. The iconic actress and jewellery lover, said “When I look into it, the deep Asscher cuts – which are so complete and ravishing – are like steps that lead into eternity and beyond…”
The House of Asscher received a Royal predicate in 1980, and became Royal Asscher. Today the exclusive diamantaires have 4 signature patented diamond shapes. The Royal Asscher Cut, The Royal Asscher Cushion Cut, The Royal Asscher Oval Cut and the Royal Asscher Round Brilliant Cut. Every diamond cut to exacting proportions of its patent, each with 74 carefully arranged facets, a nod to the Cullinan I – the Greater Star of Africa Diamond
With such a huge legacy and renowned beauty, Royal Asscher diamonds are perfect to mark lifes most celebratory moments.
