Deliveries to mainland UK are FREE if your order is over £100.00
If under £100.00 a charge of £4.95 to cover postage will be added at checkout.
Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of the UK.
Parcels under £75.00 are sent 2nd Class Signed For, and parcels over £75.00 are sent 1st Class Special Delivery (signature required).
The majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement (in most cases the same working day). Please note that in some cases it may take 5 – 7 days for you to receive your order.
Website orders are not processed over the weekend or on a Wednesday.
We offer a 14 day returns policy. Customers have up to 14 days after the goods receipt date in which to return items for a refund.
Essentially, all items must be returned in a new and unused condition, complete with any accessories or manuals along with the original packaging intact so that the item is in a completely re-sellable condition. You must also include a copy of the original invoice along with the reason for the refund.
We regret that postage charges are non refundable unless the items received are faulty or received in error.
