Forum Jewlers at Broadstone, what wonderful service. They made me a wedding ring using my Mothers wedding ring and engagement ring plus a couple of other items. I am over the moon with the result and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Alison was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of me picking an engagement ring for my partner. Beautiful shop with lots of choice and helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend Forum for their service, communication and professionalism. Alison helped me go the extra mile in designing a tailored engagement ring. Very happy customer. Thank you.

I contacted Forum Jewellers to try and obtain a Nomination watch connector because Nomination do not supply these if lost. I was absolutely delighted that Helen at Forum was able to assist and at an unexpectedly low price. I would highly recommend this jewellers as they go above and beyond. It was not something of great expense but the sentimental value of the item needed was priceless.THANKYOU to Helen at Forum- appreciate your time and assistance given in this matter.

Forum Jewellers were recommended by a close friend. I wanted to repurpose some of my late mother’s gold into 2 bangles for my sister and I to wear more often. Feeling a little scared at the prospect of leaving these sentimental pieces with anyone, I did not need to worry at all! Angie and Alison were fantastic, reassuring, had lots of ideas of what could be done and what the resulting bangles would look like, but also gave me time to consider the options with no pressure. The bangles are perfect and mean the old jewellery is not just boxed away but is worn frequently with such happy memories. They have done other work since, transforming rarely worn pieces. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

After deciding to get a new wedding ring, I looked a few designs on holiday and knew that the only place I would actually buy from is Forum for choice and quality. Alison showed me a whole tray of rings to choose from, I showed her a photograph of one I really liked which helped narrow things down and the next step was for Alison to order some in for me to try. This only took a few days and I was able to try a selection of rings and with the expert help of Alison and the other ladies on the team I made my decision. Being able to try and compare how they suited my hand and deciding on the final design was such a help. I can’t thank them enough for being objective and explaining to me about diamond cut and quality. They made it so easy and I am now excitedly wearing my new very sparkly ring. Thank you.
