Klarna FAQs

You must hold a UK bank account and be 18 years or over to pay with Klarna. You must also ensure you provide your full name and accurate (UK residential) address details. All orders are assessed individually.

Even if you’ve been accepted for a Klarna payment method before, you may not be offered this for every order. Similarly, just because an application is denied, it doesn’t mean you’ll be denied for all future orders.

Klarna may run what’s known as an unrecorded enquiry (or a “soft” credit search) that will not affect your credit scoring. This will only be visible to you and Klarna, not to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor Forum will run a credit search against you that could impact your credit rating.

Pay in 3 lets you spread the cost of your purchase over three equal payments. The payment for each instalment will be collected automatically from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. The first payment will be collected when your order is confirmed, and the following two will be taken 30 and 60 days later.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. You’ll then have 30 days from when you receive your order to pay for the items you keep.

All payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to, or held by, Forum Jewellers. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols.

Terms & Conditions

Please spend responsibly. Borrowing more than you can afford could seriously affect your financial status. Make sure you can afford your monthly repayments on time.

Please note, your credit score will be affected if you don’t pay Klarna for your order.

You can read Klarna’s full terms and conditions here:

Forum Jewellers is not a lender and acts only as an introducer. The credit product is provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ). Credit is only available to permanent UK residents aged 18 and over, depending on their status.

Terms and conditions apply. Please note that Pay in 30 days and Pay in 3 instalments are not regulated by the FCA.
