Lockdown questions

Yes, we want to make this as easy as possible for you and our website is a fantastic place to browse and buy beautiful jewellery!

You can order your item and choose to have it delivered to your door or click and collect a specific time between 9.30am-12.30pm Monday to Friday.

Please note that we will endeavour to post items out Monday to Friday but it will depend on what time the order is placed and our Post Office opening times.

Our suppliers are currently still working during lockdown but we are still waiting to hear from a number of them about their delivery schedule.

However, if your order does arrive with us during lockdown, we will contact you. You can then pay your remaining balance online and choose to have your item delivered to your door or collect when we reopen.

Ordering

If you can’t see what you want online, drop us an email via [email protected] or call us on 01202 600350 and we will endeavour to assist you.

We understand that sometimes you will want to see what a piece of jewellery looks like in real life rather than just an image!  We are offering a refund or exchange if the item is not suitable.

We can arrange a video appointment for you between 9.30am-12.30pm Monday to Friday – simply call us on 01202 600350 or email [email protected] to book a convenient time.

Of course! Please state this in the Order Notes section of your order which is underneath where you put your address and we will beautifully gift wrap your item.

We can also send the gift direct to your person and address of choice.

Place the order as usual and in the Order Notes field add in the size you require, if you know it. We will call you to discuss options.  If you don’t know the size required, we will be able to size or order the correct ring once we reopen.

Yes, of course, drop the watch in store when we re-open and we can do this for you.

Absolutely! If you wish to use your gift voucher online, drop us an email or message via our social media accounts and we will assist.

Repairs

We have contacted everyone who has item for repair with us. For anyone who was unable to collect their item, please rest assured that it will be kept securely for you until you arrange to come in store once we reopen.

Sadly, we are unable to process any new repairs until we reopen.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we will be unable to process exchanges or refunds for items purchased instore while we are closed but don’t worry we are extending all return dates.
